Delivery - within 3-5 days unless these are bespoke, hand crafted pieces (see below)
Shipping - Standard shipping applies to all of the products at £7.95 with the exception of the large products below where the price of the item has been inflated to match the shipping rate on The Interiors Yard own website.

Reason for the returnPlease note all returns need to be notified within 7 days of the delivery date and must be returned in the same unused condition and in the original packaging. Unfortunately delivery fees are non refundable and you will be required to pay for the return postage.
Damaged items
For an item you have received that has been damaged, please ensure you have notified us via email hello@theinteriorsyard.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt of the item with the following information:

Photo of the damaged item
Whether you would like a refund or exchangeWe will then arrange a collection from you. Please ensure you have saved all original packaging so this can be returned. If we are notified 48 hours after delivery, we are unable to be held responsible for the damage.
