A new and exclusive range of reeded oak vanity units designed by HouseNine Design. The Goldbourne is in effect the larger cousin of The Ladbroke and adopts a similar configuration, with the top two drawers being reeded and the subsequent ones displaying a robust oak front, once again combining a traditional and contemporary look. Reeding is Horizontal.
* Undermounted – the sink will be positioned under the countertop. This requires a large hole to be cut so there is a charge of £99 per sink. If you have two sinks, this means two holes need to be cut.
* Countermounted – the sink will be positioned ontop of the countertop. This only requires a small stone hole to be cut for the taps so there is a charge of £49. If you have two sinks, this means two holes need to be cut.
Standard counter-top basin unit depth & height: 500mm(d) x 800mm(h)
Standard under-mount basin unit depth & height: 550mm(d) x 850mm(h)
The depth may have to increase when choosing an under-mount basin if you are specifying deck mounted taps & splashback.
Please note : If you would like a bespoke paint colour, there will be an additional fee of £50 to be paid directly to Parker Howley & Co.They will be in contact to find out your colour choice once the order has been put through. Any colour can be chosen from the following brands : Farrow & Ball / Paint & Paper Library / Little Greene.

You have three delivery options available, unless requested otherwise it will default to one of the top two;
- Our standard service is to give you a set day a week in advance, and providing we are in your area, your units will be delivered by our own driver in our van, all you will need is an able bodied person to assist our driver to carry this into your property on the ground floor.
- A kerbside service is offered by us through a third party when we will not be in your area on your chosen delivery week (standard furniture delivery) where the courier will deliver your furniture outside of your house, for you to carry inside. Following collection from us, this can be with you the very next day if required.
- A two-man, white glove third party service (if you’re not in so much of a hurry) where your furniture will be taken into a room of your choice, on the ground floor. There is a 10-15 working day timescale following collection from us. This is subject to an additional charge and requires us to obtain a quote first.
You will receive contact following your purchase, advising of your scheduled delivery week, and again the week before this to firm up the exact day, where we will advise if it is on our own van or by a third party courier.
We believe in getting things right the first time and to the highest standard of quality. Should you wish to return the unit due to any damage, the delivery team will take it away immediately, free of charge. If you notice any damage after delivery this must be reported within 48 hours and supported with photographic evidence so we can see the damage remotely, we will then arrange collection to fix the issue (the piece will need wrapping back up in its’ original packaging to ensure it arrives back to us safely).
Whilst we hope you are delighted with your new bespoke design, if you wish to return it for any other reason, as all of our furniture is made-to-order (with the exception of accessory items) then a minimum 50% restocking charge will apply, to cover build time and material costs. You will also be required to cover the cost of collection at £120.
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason at all following purchase then a 10% admin fee will be charged, however if the order is fully confirmed, by reply from yourself, following our ‘confirmation required’ email that is sent 4-5 weeks prior to delivery where the delivery week is also set, then the same restocking charges above of 50% will apply. The reason for this is because we begin production of that unit immediately and as all of our furniture is made-to-order, the frame for that design may not be re-workable or re-sellable.
Our returns policy includes 14 days for you to return unwanted goods under the government’s Online and Distance selling rules for all products, excluding bespoke custom made furniture built specifically for you.
