Returns Policy
Due to the fact all the brands listed on A Cotswold Lifestyle fulfil their own orders, each individual brand has it's very own returns policy.
Not only will you find all of their returns policies listed below, but we have ensured each returns policy is accessible on each product listing for ease. We would hate for our customers to not feel like they were privy to this information before purchase, so please ensure you read each brands policy carefully before purchasing a product.

The Wall Lighting Co

Fuss free 30day returns. Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty.
​
We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.
​
We will accept returns with no quibbles up to 30 days after receipt of the items (provided no installation and in perfect condition), this return will be at your cost. We can offer a full credit note up to two months after delivery.
​
Any breakages/damages noticed upon delivery must be disclosed within 48 hours of receipt otherwise we will be unable to replace the damaged items. We do not accept returns after two months unless faulty.
Please note that we are not able to offer a refund on delivery charges. Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging, as failure to do so will result in us being unable to refund you.

Please request to return your product within 14 days of purchase. The return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty.

Please note that we are not able to offer a refund on delivery charges. Parker Howley and Co

We believe in getting things right the first time and to the highest standard of quality. Should you wish to return the unit due to any damage, the delivery team will take it away immediately, free of charge. If you notice any damage after delivery this must be reported within 48 hours and supported with photographic evidence so we can see the damage remotely, we will then arrange collection to fix the issue (the piece will need wrapping back up in its’ original packaging to ensure it arrives back to us safely).

Whilst we hope you are delighted with your new bespoke design, if you wish to return it for any other reason, as all of our furniture is made-to-order (with the exception of accessory items) then a minimum 50% restocking charge will apply, to cover build time and material costs. You will also be required to cover the cost of collection at £120.
​
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason at all following purchase then a 10% admin fee will be charged, however if the order is fully confirmed, by reply from yourself, following our ‘confirmation required’ email that is sent 4-5 weeks prior to delivery where the delivery week is also set, then the same restocking charges above of 50% will apply. The reason for this is because we begin production of that unit immediately and as all of our furniture is made-to-order, the frame for that design may not be re-workable or re-sellable.

Our returns policy includes 14 days for you to return unwanted goods under the government’s Online and Distance selling rules for all products, excluding bespoke custom made furniture built specifically for you.

The Interiors Yard

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date, items must be returned in the same unused condition and in the original packaging. Unfortunately delivery fees are non refundable and you will be required to pay for the return postage.
Damaged items
For an item you have received that has been damaged, please notify within 24 hours of receipt of the item.
Once the return has been reviewed and approved, we will then arrange a collection from you.
Please ensure you have saved all original packaging so this can be returned. If we are notified 48 hours after delivery, we are unable to be held responsible for the damage.
Osborn Interiors

Thank you for shopping at Osborn Interiors. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days of receipt of your goods to return any items apart from candles, diffusers and room sprays which I’m afraid are not refundable. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the original condition.

Faulty, damaged or wrongly despatched items must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt, in their original packaging.

Please repack your item with care using all the original packaging or a suitable alternative. As the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.

We will inspect the returned item and will notify you of your refund or replacement via email. We try to process returns as soon as possible once they have reached our Warehouse. However, returns can take up to 21 days to be processed, especially during busy periods.

We will typically refund any money owed to you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If it’s not possible we will contact you via phone or email.
We cannot accept returns of washed and/or used textiles (beddings, cushions, towels, etc...), door mats, candles and diffusers and cookware.
Bailey England

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to make a return for a full refund, less any shipping charged.

If for any reason you wish to return your order for a refund, please send your goods back to us in the same condition that you received them; unused, with tags, and in any original packaging. Please include your order number, name, contact details and a reason for making the return.

Returns will need to be sent to the following address: Bailey England, 7 Salmons Leap, Calne, Wiltshire, SN11 9EU. You must make your own arrangements to return an item to us and pay any associated costs (unless there was an error on our part by the way of faulty or incorrect products sent).

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue. If you would like to make an exchange for a different item, we recommend you create a new order for the item you would like and arrange a return of the original item.

Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund for our products as they are handmade to order. You can request a sample of the fabric before placing your order to confirm that you are happy with the fabric before going ahead.

Cloth and Grain

Online rug orders - we accept returns within 10 days of receiving your item.
Once the rug is returned (at your own cost) and upon quality control we will issue you a refund.
Should you wish we can source you an alternative rug according to your measurements and colourways.
Please note there is a 20% handling fee for refunds on orders over £2,000.
Every Story

We hope you love your items and that they are received in the best condition.
However, if you would like to make a return, please get in touch. We’re afraid we cannot cover the costs of returns. We advise using a tracked service and ask that items are repackaged as they were received, using the same packaging.
​
Please ensure each piece is individually wrapped and there is sufficient padding around the edge of the box.
Unfortunately, if they are not packaged sufficiently and become damaged during transit, we will be unable to refund those items.
We will process your refund as soon as we receive delivery of the items to be returned. This can take up to 7 working days to clear.
